Founder & Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Natasha Harper is the founder of Spectrum of Abilities and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to helping individuals, families, schools, and organizations build skills, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.
With educational backgrounds in Psychology, Recreational Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Autism, Natasha has worked in a variety of settings, including residential facilities, psychiatric hospitals, clinics, schools, and in-home programs. She has supported individuals across the lifespan, from early childhood through older adulthood, with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities.
Natasha specializes in behavior consultation, staff training, caregiver coaching, classroom support, skill development, and behavior support planning. She partners with educators, families, and organizations to develop practical, evidence-based solutions that promote meaningful growth, independence, and long-term success.
